Like many, I once felt lost in my own body. In my late teens, I was diagnosed with thyroid disease, gut issues, and hormonal imbalances. I struggled with energy, confidence, and the endless cycle of trying to “fix” myself. Nothing seemed to work, and I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s when my journey truly began.
As a classically trained chef, I spent years mastering technique, but it wasn’t until I traveled the world, cooking and learning in places like India, Spain, Cambodia, South Africa, and Mexico, that I discovered the deeper truth:

While in India, I met an Ayurvedic doctor who completely shifted my perspective. I learned how food, when sourced and prepared with intention, has the power to heal from the inside out. By reconnecting with my body’s needs, embracing ancestral food wisdom, and applying my "Source to Fork" philosophy in the kitchen, I didn’t just manage my imbalances....I reversed them.
Now, my mission is to help others find balance within themselves through food.
